Top notch. Been using them for a few years. Put my car in for a service and pads, and mentioned I don't like a spongy brake pedal. Obviously they took note. Literally can't fault them.
Can’t praise Norman and staff higher. Kept the garage open late to do my MOT. Hard working, cheerful, honest and helpful. Old school service with a human face. Thanks Norman!
Well, as we all know, garages are garages. There's always that feeling about being ripped off and getting dodgy service! Not at Norman's gaff. I simply will not take my car anywhere else now. My experience has been fine and the customer service is great too. Each to their own but taking a punt elsewhere doesn't always pay off.
Fair prices, very helpful and staff are friendly and will help you with any problems yo may have with your car. Always very busy with MOT`s. Will always recommend this garage and MOT station. Gary
Disappointing. End price was different to what I was quoted. When I asked for a price breakdown, I was told they had done an oil service even though that was not what I asked and agreed upon beforehand. How do they expect people to know the difference between oil service and oil change? They should have explained it better before doing it (even if I was quoted for an oil change). It is not about the £90 difference, it is because it's unfair.
Fantastic. Sorted multiple vehicles of mine out numerous times! Very trustworthy and fairly priced. Norman hand will always be my first choice for mechanical services.
