Hidden gem in Erith, hardworking and lovely staff, served with a smile, food looked fresh although I didn't eat in. Plently of seats and space, clean too. Great chilled vibe with great playlist of music.

Such a wonderful Costa Coffee I absolutely love the Chocolate fudge brownie Frappe without coffee. Mike the Manager makes the best drinks ever he always has a smile on his face and provides great customer service.

Decent Costa with (mostly) friendly staff, toilets seem to be out of order regularly. Seats could do with a clean as they have lots of stains on them.

MIKE IS RUDE Mike has terrible customer service skills , he’s rude and clearly doesn’t take his job seriously. He hung the coster phone up on me and refused to answer anymore calls. When I called with a complaint he replied ‘ that’s funny’ as if I had said a joke. Will never be returning! Will recommend everyone I know to avoid this particular Costa location. Very very dissatisfied!

As good as to be expected; coffee and the tea cake were OK. Butter too hard to spread. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Very cosy atmosphere. I use it for work and study purposes on a daily basis as it has a section at the back suited for this purpose. Staff very lovely and professional.

Beautiful and tasty coffees. Hardworking and friendly staff. The atmosphere is nice, to stay there to enjoy your coffee is lovely. 5/5 stars.

This branch of Costa Coffee is simply welcoming. The minute you step in your nostrils is assuaged by the aromatic smell of coffee so divine you simply want to stay in there all day long. The staff were nice, efficient, courteous and willing to spend a few minutes helping us pick out our order. The taste of the frappe I and my partner got was totally worth every dime spent out there. The setting of the cafe is quite warm and welcoming with seats arranged systematically for whether you are a group or alone, you wouldn't feel out of place. A must try for every coffee lover in Erith.

Sorry folks. This particular Costa let the team down by 1. Not having in stock one of the only 2 fruit frappe things they were going on about! 2. Having 1 toilet out of order 3. Not having a clean table where we sat 4. Almost locking me in the toilet with my 9 month old child because the locks were playing up Don't like leaving negative reviews but there's work needed here.
