We were so fortunate to find Castle Motors having broken down 250 miles from home!! They pulled out all the stops despite being fully booked and it being close to the bank holiday weekend. They were extremely can do - we cannot thank them enough. Lucky Heswall!
I can't thank Castle Motors enough! I run a vehicle logistics business in Buckinghamshire, and whilst delivering a new Mercedes to a customer locally to Castle Motors our 6 month old Isuzu tow vehicle decided to flatten it's battery! We have never dealt with Castle Motors before, but in our hour of need they went completely above and beyond and gave us the assistance we needed in order for our driver to continue his journey back to Bucks. Can’t recommend this garage enough. Took my car in with an oil leak and they fixed it same day and wouldn’t charge me for their labour time. These gentleman are kind and genuine and knowledgeable. Went to see Andrew and his colleague about a non-related issue to my car and he was more than happy to help. He really helped me out without any fuss then totally refused to be paid for his time. First class service and cannot recommend them enough enough

Andrew and Dave are absolutely fantastic. I would trust them with any car I had. They always do their best to fit you in even when busy and they completed my work very fast and efficiently. If anyone knows about cars, they do! They always give me excellent advice and have always done a fabulous job on all my cars and I wouldn’t use anyone else. They always go out of their way for you and I would highly recommend them to everyone.
