   ​Booked my car in for an MOT and received top service from start to finish. The team was friendly and incredibly helpful—since I haven't had the car long, they took the time to update me on known weak points to watch out for, which I really appreciated. The waiting area has a comfy sofa, though it was a shame the coffee machine was broken! Aside from the lack of caffeine, it was a great experience. As Arnie said, I’ll be back.

   I cannot praise the PCM team enough. My car window failed in the open position. I had no appointment with them but they offered to look and get the window into a closed position. The next day they let me know it was fixed. They had found the cause and repaired it. My stress over this was gone. I would have had to manage a car exposed to the weather, it would not be safe and the alarm kept.going off! It is an example of amazing service AGAIN.

   PCM are fantastic - they provide the service you need, with honest quotations - they will gladly take a look at your car to diagnose a problem without charging you. I once had creaking suspension - previous repair had been done badly (not by them) and they charged me nothing to check it out and put it together properly. Often booked up, but a good sign of how well regarded they are! (You'll usually get booked in around a weeks time)
