My go to spot for my break from work, the staff are lovely, the seats are comfortable and they let me eat my lunch without complaint
Way understaffed for a busy Saturday , tables and seats needed a really good clean, dirty floor. Would not visit again, The two girls serving trying their hardest, would not have hurt the anager to help and tidy seating area,
I never had issues before until yesterday. They started new tiramisu drinks that I was really excited to try it ! I come in last 10 min and I know how annoying it is- I am the manager of different coffee shop. I saw lady on coffee machine checking how to do my drink (maybe they not doing trainings for new drinks or something). After I saw that I will get- last drops of syrup, no sauce drizzle around and last drops of cold foam. I don’t think amount of ingredients was up to standard. I know it was closing time but it would be enough to tell me that they ran out of it instead to serve coffee in this way. I know how it is- as I said this is my job also but unfortunately, customers paying for a coffee and wish to be served in a same way at morning and evening. If I will know the situation I would choose something different without begin a pain. Barista didn’t say anything to me. I didn’t want to waste drink that it was done so I just took it. Just a reminder to be careful because sometimes you will serve people that have also coffee experience.
It's my regular coffee shop in Romford, a good mix of staff who are friendly. I like to try both hot and cold varieties of coffee ☕ weather dependent of course.great place to relax and watch the world go by while enjoying a coffee and a snack....
Brilliant Customer Service. My card was playing up and I couldn't pay for my coffee so they gave me a free cup.
Came here on a few instances now and been served by Amelia, I think she even served me on her first shift! She is always so friendly and so happy, incredible customer service and makes me take the further trip to this particular Starbucks in Romford. A real asset to the company!
I have been to Starbucks - Liberty(Romford) a few times but today was exceptional. The two girls in the till really showed poor customer service. Actions does speak louder than words!!! She was smirking and the other one was faking a smile. I will not be coming back and will definitely not spend my precious money nor recommend this place.
I visited last week with my young baby. The staff were lovely, especially Viki who made us both feel very welcome. I felt comfortable to breastfeed there too, so we will be coming back again soon!
I enjoyed my coffee here, and I had a Chocolate muffin with it and everything tasted good. The staff had a slight problem with the tills, but they were cheerful, patient and pleasant. Very patient infact. They had a good selection of seats in the seating area, some soft ones, and it feels very relaxing to sit with a coffee and to watch all the shoppers passing by. The social distancing measures are stuck to here.
