Nice place with ample of seating within broadway. Always find something to eat. Kids love going there for their hot chocolates !
Costa staff work so hard and they are so so polite. Quick service always. They all should be treated better they can’t help the long ques. They are so busy. Best coffee and toast ever. But thank you for always making me feel welcome in here. Your hard work is noticed and appreciated.

Situated in the centre of the Broadway shopping centre this Costa is perpetually busy so expect a wait when ordering. Friendly staff but no seats were free so had to takeaway. Fridge was out of order so no cold drinks available.
The coffee wasn't very nice it was nearly cold, one of the young girls is very nice she's always very friendly and polite
Large latte took a little longer than expected , maybe short staffed. The cheese samwich was nice as always got the samwich cooked b4 my latte come back . Got lovely comfotable seats in costa bh. Some of the staff didnt seem happy. Busy little costa , will be back on a another coffee stop . Wheelchair friendly. No toilet facilitys , you have to use the shopping centres toilet. Reccomend tomatoe and cheese samwich melt. And recommend a latte but get it put into a take away cup as the indoor cups are awkward to drink out of.

The coffee is tasty , that's why they get 2 stars, the experience for the customer is not good, the staff does not seem to have interest on serving, and the batista that puts the coffee put half of it out of the cup while making it and gave me a dirty and broken glass for the tea. Quiet dissapointing
I bought 2 Christmas drinks... a Gingerbread cream latte, which came with a little Gingerbread man biscuit, and a Terry's orange hot chocolate... which came with a Terry's orange chocolate segment on the side. Both drinks were delicious. We didn't wait long to be served, seating is comfortable... my only gripe is that the tables aren't cleaned away once people leave... you can find an empty seat no problem but the cups from the previous customers are still there.
