We are regular customers and my husband almost always has a fruit scone but today's offering was very dry so he didn't think it was fresh.. If you do occasionally have to serve day old scones it would be a good idea to offer to warm them up. We did look for a microwave, as we know some NT cafes have them, but failed to find one.

βββββ I had a really disappointing experience at the cafΓ© in Knole Park. The staff were extremely rude, unwelcoming, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. The girls serving seemed completely uninterested, almost like they were doing the job because they had no other choice. There was no warmth, no friendliness, no sense of customer service at all. Itβs such a shame, because Knole Park itself is beautiful and the National Trust usually sets a high standard β but this cafΓ© really lets it down. A simple smile or some basic courtesy would make a huge difference.

Great cafΓ© located within Knole. Lots of seating both indoors and outside across a couple of floors. Good selection of hot and cold foods. Tasty treats albeit a little expensive. Visited during the Easter weekend and they had simnel scones and simnel cake. Both of which were lovely.

Quite pricey but food and coffee is good quality. Service is functional but they have a heavy footfall so it's the only way they can do it. Worth it if you are OK with the prices.

30 minutes queuing for hot drinks. Put off by the girl taking the cash payment also handling the coffee cups, (fingers inside the cup as she writes "latte" on it) .And also around the rim of the cup. Poor hygene standards. Slow service and food over-priced. We'll take a flask next.

Great hot chocolate and cakes, but for the love of god do something about the queues. 30 minutes for a couple of hot chocolates makes me want to scream. Have a separate drinks queue maybe?

This is the cafe on the Knole Park Estate (National Trust). You have to book to park. The cafe is, as usual for NT, wonderful. Excellent bacon bap and coffe first thing in the morning. In October the stags are rutting so its very exciting. Lovely long walks.

Paid 6.50 for a terrible weak cappuccino and a very dry and unpleasant dense banana and chocolate bread. I wanted to complain there and then and quite frankly I should have complained to one of the many staff that seem to just stand there while the queue was getting larger but itβs half term so chose not to. Didnβt finish either and threw away. Disappointing as has so much potential. Iβve been coming here for several years and coffee getting worse. Please check your machine and train your staff.
