Took my car in and asked them to repair everything so it will pass it's MOT and to call me with a quote before they start work on it. They carried out the work without calling me first and it still failed it's MOT because even though they knew it had a snapped suspension spring, they left it as was. Absolutely gash garage. Avoid.

Used the garage twice on different occasions to fit dash camera in two different cars. Unfortunately the second time will be my last one after I collected my car of the garage with fitted dashcam but also left my cream fabric car seats with utter dirt on them - nevermind I deep cleaned them just yesterday... I just don't understand how a garage can give someone's car back in such state and thinking the car owner won't mind it. I always say. The customers don't complain, they just never come back again.
I think it is about time for me to write a review for Wirral Motors as I have been using this garage for many years and they never disappoint. I have used them for MOTs, services and broken down car recovery end points too! Myself & my daughter have even attended a free class they ran to teach us basic car information, fluid levels, and how to look after the cars basic needs. Apart from their high level of efficiency and professionalism and how friendly they are, I love that they don't take advantage of a female who has very little car knowledge. I know they have never overcharged me or had me pay for things that are not needed on my car just because they can. I have never heard of a bad review or comment about this garage and lots of my friends take their cars there. Highly recommend.
Having been in the motor trade for many years, but now retired, I had to get my air con re gassed, so I called Wirral Motor Services on the recommendation of one of my previous customers. Phoning for an appointment I was firstly impressed that an actual human answered the phone, quickly too. Secondly I got a same day appointment which was also impressive because when I turned up it wasn’t that they weren’t busy they were but still went out of their way to accommodate my job. A great service that I will not only recommend but will use in the future (when I’m finally unable to do my own repairs). Thanks to all at Wirral motor services for your service.
