Not even one star Scammers, Con artist the only details they have on you is your personal information there is no work done. 4 years wasting my time using the covid excuse while they sat on there scamming arses doing nothing. Today a email was sent from them apparently there winding down there law firm so they not dealing with your case any more. Everyone make sure you report them they shouldn't be allowed to represent the law there fraudster. Who should be shot. Update this afternoon they just emailed me again this time there not winding down there just not doing my claim, bunch of muppets cant remember there first lie. Everyone report them to the Financial Ombudsman and The Law Society they need to be struck off and shut down. They hold your information for 6 years why do they!!!!! I believe the insurance they take out to cover is how they make money by dragging it out. This is there scam. More worrying they have your personal information Everyone needs to report them so they are investigated and shut down.

We can only mirror what pretty much everyone else has stated. They persuade you to place a claim against mortgage provider, they quote minimum payouts on a 'successful claim'. The claims go on and on, they take out an insurance policy against the claimants name to cover the their legal expenses (albeit no win no fee). Remarkably after a number of years, of which we have been swapped around between companies and lost track of what's happening (or not as the case may be) we received an email to say our claim is closed! My best guess would be that money is made by them through the insurance policy they make you take out! Don't waste your time with anything like this....

3 years chasing a mortgage company who this company said would pay out in excess £15k as anything less wasn’t worth their time and effort, no win no fee basis Guess what … case closed and no payout! Seems it’s a recurring theme! The rich cats get fatter and the customers are loosing out! Don’t waste your time with any of these claims!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !! like many others my claim has been dragging on since 2019 I was told that it takes 12-18 months! I have sent my passport and proof of address more times than I care to remember. I still don’t know what’s happening and when I call the phones don’t even ring

Would give 0 if i was allowed, its the worst company ive ever dealt with,my claim has been going on for over 3 years, making allowances for covid, but whats the excuse now. I have had no feedback from them since sept 2022 and i cannot contact them by phone ive sent 3 emails in the last week with no response, my advice would be give this company a wide berth.

Over 2 years looking into our mis sold mortgage claim, initially told our claim was worth at the very least £15,000.00 Emails are ignored & there have been long lengths of time with no communication. We have sent endless paperwork as requested, signed loads of forms & now told the case is closed? What a waste of everyone’s time.

Absolutely useless. Had a mortgage claim opened in 2017 which was taken over by Quanta law they spent 5 years asking for the same documents repeatedly and then being lied to and passed from pillar to post for all this time. Today they've sent an email saying claim has been closed as law changed in last year. Had they done their job in a timely manner in the first place this could have been a totally different outcome. If I took 5 years to action something I'd be sacked. Avoid at all costs.

This firm is absolutely awful, please nobody else ever use them. In 2019 I started a claim with them for a mis sold mortgage, in that time I have been pushed from pillar to post with lies from the so called paralegals about my case! Then they leave! Absolutely no communication from them, so I had to keep emailing them, only to be fobed off with more empty promises! So today after sending yet another email this time explaining that I'm on the verge of reporting them to the relevant authority, I receive a email saying they cannot proceed with my case! And as far as they are concerned my case is no closed! This is totally unacceptable from a company that says it's got integrity and old fashioned morals! My god! Please please do not use this company.

We started our claim back last year under mortgage.com, but we soon told a company called Quanta had taken it on. We've had two written correspondences from and a couple of emails. But today we received an email thanking us for our phone call to cancel our claim, which never happened. Tried several times calling on all options all disconnected after recordings. Please don't us this company you'll be wasting your time as I don't think you'll get any money. Review update I have now received a call from quanta asking as to why I had given them such a low and negative review. They have now restarted the claim because they had the wrong address. We had told them on several occasions that it was the wrong address, so with that in mind I am changing three stars until they get their act together.
