   I usually have a neutral experience at this Costa — nothing particularly memorable, but never bad either. The male barista is generally okay. However, today’s visit left me really disappointed. When I walked in, the female staff member just stared at me from a distance and then called out, “What do you want? A drink?” without coming to the counter or engaging properly. It felt abrupt and a bit rude, especially as I was trying to remember my order without being able to go through the options with her. Then, as the male barista started making the drink, I realised I forgot to ask for oat milk. When I mentioned it, he gave me a look and said, “Do you want me to drink it?” — which came across as sarcastic and unhelpful. This isn’t the level of service I’ve come to expect, even from an otherwise average experience. Really disappointed today.

   Just went to go in there at 8:20 (meant to open at 6) door was locked and girl behind the counter just looked at me with a face like a slapped arse and mouthed closed. I pointed to the opening hours and she just shrugged her shoulders. Needs to be sacked so rude

   It is my favourite Costa coffee shop. I really like the friendly atmosphere there. Food is always fresh. Drinks are made with ♥️. The store manager is really friendly and want to bring the smile on his customers face. The staff there is as well always friendly, smiling. Store is clean. So there is nothing to complain about.

   Went in there today to get my free coffee after buying 8 coffees as you get one free and the till wasn’t working and I didn’t have cash to buy one. They said I had to pay for it by cash which I didn’t have. I’m in that coffee shop everyday and the least they could of done was give me my free coffee. It’s not the customers fault that the till wasn’t working and won’t be going in there again. They have lost a loyal customer.

   Perfect location and definitely convenient for station user. Small place but its in a very good location just outside Goodmayes station. Pick up a take way and was good . Service 1st and very clean. I love costa coffee

   Just at Costa Goodmayes having an Almond Milk Latte. Extremely happy with the 5* service by the wonderful Sylvia. Thank you Sylvia for such a wonderful service: the team here are truly great! I've been here multiple times and definitely plan to come again for meetings. Thanks to the manager Jack!
