   Firstly I wanted to say a big thank you to Gareth. I came in a few days ago, full of questions and hungry for ideas. You were attentive, customer service was second to non and you made plenty of fine recommendations. The shop was well stocked with lots of options and I wouldn't hesitate to go back now after the friendly welcome I received. I have to say what a pleasant experience it was actually visit a shop keeper with expert knowledge vs buying unknown products over the Internet. Get your shoes and coat on and go pay them a visit.

   This has got to be the best (online) tobacconist ever. They have a great range of products and offer great advice. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable, I've had conversations by email that have been very entertaining as well as informative. Never a problem and always keen to help with a really fair policy on missing deliveries, although I have never needed to use it. I'm really pleased I tried them and couldn't recommend them enough. Their knowledge of products is great, customer service is excellent and a really friendly bunch to talk with. We've had all our orders delivered and at a great price too.
