   Very helpful and friendly. Asked me questions to determine what I was looking for, no upselling and straight to the point, recommending a device that met them and explaining how it worked. Having now tried it it's a perfect reusable replacement for the (wasteful) disposables I liked and will save me money. Would recommend!
