16th March 2025 First class service from Graham at Premier cars. Had been recommended his airport transfer by a friend and he did not disappoint. Excellent communication the day of departure , Graham was conscious of a possible delay with an earlier pick up and arranged for a colleague to take us. Matt arrived on time, was friendly, chatty and professional. Graham contacted me the day prior to us arriving back in the UK, explaining he would track our flight and exactly where he would meet us.and a rough time. Within a few minutes of us coming through passport control Graham met us. Chatty, friendly, an excellent door to door service. Highly recommend and will use again on our next trip. Karen
I have recently used Graham for my out and return transfer to Manchester Airport. He is very attentive to details and explains everything in full. Friendly and polite. The car was spotless. I gave a tip and was thanked for doing so a tip wasn’t expected or taken for granted. He will be my new go to for future trips. Pick up time was as stated and he messaged me as soon as my plane landed to let me know he was there ready to collect me. Welcoming me back home. Even asked did we need to stop off on way back for supplies. I was fully informed at all times and he monitors your progress off plane, passport and bag collection so he gets his timings right.
