   If there is zero star I would definitely give it to people that work there. Unfortunately very bad experience and people who work there were very rude and they never respect that clients who come first need to be served first.

   Shocking service, have 3 counter service tills at the post office,only 1 is ever open, the shop counter which can be used for simple things like money transactions and getting stamps etc is not open half the time, yet there is staff there to serve, since we no longer have firth park post office, Norwood needs to step up to take the extra custom. It is not doing so.. and have found staff rude and as if they can't be bothered

   I came here for an ID verification service they told me they do it my family members have previously had theres done here while back too but this particular lady was confused made me spend on photo copies and then when checking my documents she was asking me what to do then ringing another lady whom told her i should pay 12 pound something for a service which on the application says 8.22 i was there a good 45 minutes for nothing so went to Attercliffe post office got seen to in less than 5mins my stuff sorted and charged me 8.22 which was the correct price and also was told no need for photo copies

   The staff is nice but I really hope that post office phone number will work. It's difficult to ask about a product without having to drop in and that can be difficult.

   This place either shouldn’t be a post office, or needs to be under new management with staff that aren’t rude, & can actually keep decent post office hours. The shop itself shuts at 5:30pm, the Royal Mail site lists their last collection for post as 5:30pm, yet their post office section is regularly shut up long before that at around 4pm. Absolutely useless to those of us who work & then have to then drive out of our way for another post office that’s actually open to send work related goods on time. I will be making a formal complaint to Royal Mail about this place.
