   Unfortunately not a good visit today as I requested a frappe which was made perfectly fine by a lovely trainee. Another member of staff noticed she had missed the caramel drizzle which was fine with me and then took over, making a mess and spilling some of the drink. I asked them to just pour it into another cup and was ignored. They then made a new drink, but using the leftovers from the blender when there wasn't enough left. Ended up with half frappe, half whipped cream drink which was a complete waste of my money. If you're going to make a new one unnecessarily and against my wishes then you can atleast try and give me a whole drink rather than overloading it with whipped cream in a poor attempt to hide the empty cup. Very disappointing from the staff today but good service from the trainee who atleast listened to me and had made a good frappe to begin with.

   This was an unacceptable experience. My order took over an hour to arrive from this café that’s only a 10-minute walk away, and the coffee showed up completely cold. To make matters worse, the croissant I paid for was missing, and the latte was made with the wrong milk despite my clear request for soya milk. This level of service is simply not good enough.

   I have been served by lovely lady Rina today. Such a nice experience she heard my order because i like my coffee in a certain way i always hesitant to ask(some barista got rude face) but she made my day fully pipping hot coffee with all the add on"s . Thank you Nero for hiring the helpful staff.

   Today!! Chaotic place. Nice coffee. However, the bacon roll was disgusting. Plain boring dry roll full of inedible thinly sliced, full of fat, streaky bacon!!! You wouldn't give it to a dog - unless you like feeling sick avoid at all costs

   Overall I have a positive experience at Caffè Néro Brentwood. Occasionally, like today, they do not really listen and do not give me what I ask for… also I tried to give the young woman change so as to get a round £5 back, but she either didn’t want to or couldn’t work out how much was due me back… it was annoying really and now I have a wallet full of more change…

   The frappe milkshake was just a very cold milkshake, I wouldn't call it a frappe as it didn't have the consistency of a slushy, probably not enough ice. Ordered another the next day with different staff but it was the same. Also, the door is continuously left open by people going in and out because it gets caught on the mat, so we had to close it about 15 times as it was only 5°c. Also the toilet was out of service. But had vegan options for hot food which was great

   Went there to try the caramel speciality which is vanilla sauce, caramel sauce latte. Was really tasty and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Very clean place and a lovely christmas vibe. Nice and warm inside with comfy seating. However the only one point I would like to add is, from observation I could see they are slightly under staffed and the wait time is roughly 10 minutes for a drink.
