   The staff knew i was waiting in the queue, they served 2 people behind me then me. They were very blunt and unwelcoming to myself. They were super nice to the 2 people behind me. I felt as though they were racist. Seemed like they didn't want to serve a women with a hijab on

   Normally good service, but recently I’ve had two issues: the first time I was charged extra for oat milk and caramel but didn’t get caramel, and the second time I got caramel but they used regular milk instead of oat (I’m lactose intolerant).

   Thank you Umayma. I get so happy when I see her making orders at the drive through window. She knows her regular customers and my coffee is always perfect each and every time. Umayma is friendly and provides excellent customer service. Well done to management for hiring her.

   Lovely ,comfortable place to go to to meet up with friends. But one negative thing about it. The table could do with a clean after the last customer. Full of crumbs & we had to clear it with serviettes. Very nice & helpful workers there though. Lovely lunches & coffee.

   Went to Dagenham Costa yesterday with a friend. We both had such a lovely experience. The staff were so polite and friendly. The place was warm and cosy. Coffee was brewed perfectly. Thank you for having us yesterday.

   Good place for a coffees on drive thru or stay a little inside. Taste of coffee is somewhat better than Starbucks but still as bad as in all UK. The coffee taste is a combination of bad smelly socks with herbs. The ingredients like vanilla or caramel should require double amount to feel something, so better ask for more if you pay for it.
