   My Kia was collected and back home within a week all repaired and good as new. I can't rate Don Keeley's highly enough. The receptionist was extremely helpful as was Andy. The premises were clean and tidy, not the norm for body repairers I have found !! Thank you everyone.

   What an amazing and honest business this is. Had a bump in the car rear bumper and went to Don Keeley’s for a quote. Received a warm and efficient reception and on looking at the bumper we were told by the gentleman to hand over the keys and take a seat in reception. The car was driven into the body shop and 15 minutes later was brought out without any damage and unbelievably No Charge. Thank you so much to Don Keeley and the staff, you’re amazing. Highly recommend this company.

   Just had to fork out 3.5k to put right the mess they made of my car, not only was it a really bad colour match (which id foolishly lived with instead of making a fuss) the paint was bubbling less than 18 months later, when the new bodyshop stripped the car there was overspray everywhere, broken fixings, a crack in the headlight and other evidence of shoddy, clumsy workmanship. Extremely disappointed as I'd been well reassured my pride and joy was in safe hands..couldnt have been further from the truth unfortunately.

   My car had some bad damage on the bumper, scratches/scuffs/paint marks and on the headlight and a dent. They did a really good job on this and it looks like new. Really pleased with it.

   I rarely write reviews, but my recent customer experience at Don Keeley in Buckley needs to be shared! I went in to get a quote on a minor mark on our family car and one of the team took a look at the mark and quickly grabbed some polish/ thinners and literally removed the mark in the car park and did not ask for payment and wouldn’t take what I offered. What a genuine and honest approach to business, how refreshing!

   Did an amazing job on repairing a nasty dent in my car. Andy gave me a very competitive quote for the work and they kindly completed the job quicker than anticipated in order that I could take the car for its MOT. On collection, the car looked as good as new and it had even been cleaned and polished inside. Very happy with the work done and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending.

   On entering the premises one is immediately aware of cleanliness and tidiness. The two reception staff (Steve and Andy) were in clean overalls with their names badges. Looking out of the office window to the work area one is aware of an organised, well-run business. Within a short space of time the vehicle was examined, we discussed our needs and a price and available dates were quoted. These were adhered to. Quality of workmanship is excellent. I have left as a very satisfied customer and recommend the body-shop without reservation.
