This is the most honest and trustworthy garage in north Wales. The work is top notch and the staff are amazing.
This garage changed an abs pump on my sons car and subsequently let the car go out of the garage with the cap for brake fluid reservoir not being tight which is of course dangerous. They then tried to say it was our fault as the discs and pads had been changed elsewhere due to their rather high hourly rate!! And the reservoir had been touched since it had come from the garage. Avoid this garage at all costs you will be safer and will cost you less. Update as at 23/8 - Had a call from North Wales Police this morning basically a complaint had been made by the garage. When I asked the officer if I had committed a criminal offence she said I had not! I then I asked why she was calling and in summary the only real reason she was calling was that the garage wanted me to take the negative reviews down. I asked if this was a good use of police time, which she didn't answer. So it is extremely sad and pathetic that that whoever contacted the police has wasted tax payers money and a public resource trying to get a negative review about the garage removed. They should be ashamed of themselves. If they had been reasonable people then perhaps I would have removed them but calling the police they clearly are not. its like calling an ambulance when one of your false nails has come off. Again pathetic.
Just had springs and dampers changed on my aging fiat (23 yrs old.!!) it now drives better than ever and doesn’t rattle my teeth as I go over potholes, great job as always and fantastic service especially as parts were not easy to find. Thanks

Called Brookfield as some warning lights came on my car, they were able to fit me in the same day to investigate. Turned out I needed a new sensor, which they couldn't get for a few days. I was able to keep my car at the garage while they waited for the part. They kept me updated and was clear on the costings from the beginning. They were able to fix my car as soon as the part came in and I collected it before midday. They have since helped me with another issue on my car and gave me advice on this. I'd be happy to use Brookfield again if I have any other problems with my car.
