Booked appointment for wheel alignment, was seen on time, James is very personable, explained the costing should anything need doing. Took around 30 minutes waited in the reception, he then showed me a printout of the alignment. Car drives perfect now, thanks a lot James!
After my Volvo’s tyre pressure monitoring system flagged a slow puncture, I booked in for a repair. The team were incredibly friendly and fitted me in the same day, quickly identifying a screw as the cause and repairing it free of charge. Had overwhelmingly positive experience on Sunday. Amazing service, friendly & knowledgeable guys. Had tyre with nail in and another small puncture. Managed to replace tyre ( which they had in & i considered a rarity). In addition they replaced my faulty tyre pressure monitor sensors. Fantastic!
Fantastic place and really great guys who work there, especially the manager who is super helpful and friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. I popped in without an appointment with a tyre pressure light warning and they checked my tyres and found the valve was faulty and fixed it for free which was amazing! Kwik fit wallasey is my go to garage as I get fantastic friendly service, fair prices, and they always do a brilliant job. Ladies this is THE garage to go to if you want to get your car fixed and not get ripped off.
Turned up with no appointment today in the hope someone could look at my tyre pressure after having been away for 2 weeks and not driven my car as one of the wheels flashed as low pressure. Mark greeted and helped me super quick - had a look at all wheels & checked for puncture aswell as replacing one of my tyre values for free! He was super helpful & reassuring while explaining. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Phoned up this morning JUST for a quote on an oil & filter change for a 14 year old Peugeot. Quotes from other garages were around £80. The guy on the phone wanted full details like name & address etc....I only wanted a quote over the phone and surely vehicle reg would surfice? No. After giving this, minus inside leg measurement, I was quoted £118....yes you read it correctly... £118....WHAAAAT???. Scandalous overpricing right there! Avoid! Unfortunately 'no stars' on reviews is not available but in their case it should be!

Excellent service from start to finish. In a world where competitors aren't answering phones, taking all day to change a tyre or offering appointment 1 week out, it was refreshing to have my call answered and a tyre changed in under 1 hour.
