I used this company and was signed to Maryam Ajmal to deal with my claim. I have sent numerous emails .. to their main office and maryam herself since March. None have been replied to. I was at my final step of my claim which is still left unresolved. They ignore emails, calls and beyond. I would not recommend this company over 3 years later and my claim is still not concluded. Very disappointed!

I called them in July as a victim of domestic violence. The lady who answered the phone asked me for my contact details and told me they were going to call me back asap. They never did. I'm helpless. Is this just because I'm entitled to free legal aid? Awful.
