Bought a house using their service. Although the process was quite fast, the communication was poor. The worst part is that they got paid for everything and the Land Registry is still not updated 13 MONTHS AFTER the sale. There is no excuse for that to either Khan Mather nor council although I think the solicitors should chase it with either council or seller’s solicitor. Especially that I raised this issue with Khan Mather many times over the 13 months period.
Terrible experience with Khan Mather, changed solicitor half way through the process. Edit-when I say changed solicitor, I mean that I had to move my business elsewhere to another company as Khan Mather had jeopardised the house sale and I nearly lost the property. I had gone through at least 3 different solicitors within Khan Mather as they all kept leaving but that isn’t the reason for this review. I won’t go into all the details, but from my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I was recommended by a friend to consult with KhanMathers on a legal matter to get some advise from them. At first I was a bit reluctant as they were so far away from where I live.
