Completely insecure, a claim was made using my phone number in response I’ve made 4 attempts to get in contact plus report it to the fraud squad. No response from the claims guys and still receiving messages asking to confirm my case, of which I have none
I would rather rate zero stars. They don't get back to you or give you any information on fees if you email them. It also wasn't made clear that once you sign to see if you are eligible they will automatically proceed with a claim. You have 14 days to cancel which I tried to do unless they answered my enquiry that I made about fees. This was July 8th 2025. They didn't get back to me till the 4th of December 2025. Anyway in-between these days I went with a more reputable company that didn't harass me and made their fees immediately clear and didn't pester me for photo ID constantly. Apparently I'm not in the cool off period with the claims guys legal anymore though so am unable to cancel and not incur their fees. This is ridiculous as they didn't get back to me with the information I requested within the 14 day cool off period so therefore I should not be charged their fees for a claim I do not want them to proceed with that they have automatically progressed with without my specific consent. You will only ever get correspondence from an AI assistant in their emails and they email you with multiple addresses so it's very confusing after they bombard you with about 40 emails in a 6 month period. Do not use these guys, they are scammers and you are unable to contact an actual person. These are the lowest of the low and I will not be giving them a penny.
Rather foolishly I filled in the form. I got some confirmation of loan company details that I had used. Now every other day there’s a request for more information. Surely they can look at the finance companies records for confirmation. Without me having to give them even more information. The last email asked for a photo and my signature. I don’t remember the loan companies ever asking for my photo!!!
I’m constantly being asked to re Sign and pick the company’s off the list at least once a week .Am I re - signing up ??? . Also my husband shared the same e.mail .To put his claim in on several vehicles and Claim's Guys Hasn’t managed to De- Sifer my claim from his .They DONT put the name on the e .mail to let us know which Group of cars are who’s . Not sure if we will get any money off any lenders Total of approx 10 Lenders .Going around in Circles for the last 18/24 months aswell . Same Lenders list and send you copy of Driving Licences .Is this safe .
They helped claim back due funds from HMRC, did take a decent cut of the amount due which I think is a tad to high, however they did do as they said and did send the funds over to my bank. I do appreciate they need to get paid and at the end of the day, I most likely wouldn't have claimed it without them doing it, so fair game to them. Hopefully for future customers they can try to bring their fee down. They are legit and are helpful. Thank you. 4* review as the fee is a tad high but it is agreed when you sign up for the service and they were professional so I can't fault that.
I got letter from hmrc to say I'm due a tax refund and a cheque will be sent to the claims guys limited then they will put it in my bank account. This was back in nov/dec I still have not received my refund yet. I'm not happy about this and would like the company to provide proof that they received a cheque for my tax refund and show proof that they put it into my account.if not I'll seek legal advice.
I was skeptical at first reading the reviews. “They take so much money” “it’s fake” that do take 40% or whatever but it’s clearly outline but if it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t know I had anything to claim. So thanks guys! Perfect to have before Christmas too!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS SCAMMERS!!! This company claimed a tax rebate on my behalf with NO permission from me. I filled out basic info enquiry and when I realised how much they would take (40%) I left the page and gave them NO MORE information, I certainly never signed any agreements. When I asked them to send proof of what I had signed I received a form with a FRAUDULENT signature of mine on. I never signed anything they signed an agreement for me it is not my signature and they have claimed my tax back and taken 40% of something they never had my permission to claim for!
Was worried about them reading the reviews about not receiving money and not being able to contact them. Input my sort code and account number when asked after HMRC confirmed a refund of £212. They take 40% plus a small fee on top and I ended up with just over £120. Received direct to my bank so can’t fault that but their fees are quite extortionate. I’ll happily take the £120 for nothing but I’d be very upset if they took nearly 50% of a higher amount.
