I used Cresta Cars for the first time last month & will only use them again as a Taxi Service going forward. Absolutely amazing Service from start to finish. So easy being able to book & pay online, it felt effortless. Also Two weeks later I requested a copy of the Receipt & it was sent to my Inbox within a minute. I honestly highly recommend!
I'm very happy with the prompt service, the lovely clean vehicles and polite, friendly drivers who picked me up and brought me back home from Deeside Hospital yesterday. The taxi both ways arrived in good time, and the rate very fair. I'm unable to drive at the moment so I will definitely use Cresta again!
Excellent service yet again. Met me within minutesof me exiting the Liverpool Airport arrival lounge at about 2am. Car absolutely immaculate ,driver reallyvery helpful and polite. Have been using the company for about 4 years and have never been disappointed. Thank you once again Cresta cars.
Great service. I contacted Cresta via the website for a quote to go to Manchester Airport and had an email back within ten minutes. It was easy to make a booking through the app, and I got a notification when the driver was on the way. The car arrived right on time and it was clean and comfortable. Marius got us to the airport quickly and smoothly, and was very helpful with the luggage. Made a journey that could have been stressful very easy! Wouldn't hesitate to use Cresta again.
I would rate 0 stars if I could! Booked a taxi for my brother paid over the phone he then cancelled and they charged a £7 fee that i totally agreed with however I was told they would put my money back into my account on the Monday I called for over a week to be pushed around and not given any answers regarding my money. £33 refund requested 9 days after the booking and then told to wait a further 5-7 working days! No manager when request and staff unable to do anything unless manager agrees or there absolutely useless& rude. Would definitely not recommend.

Great service on pick up and return journey.The two drivers were very friendly. The cars were comfortable clean and tidy, the prices were fair and prices were available to see prior to the booking on the app .Well done keep up the good work.
Best car service to use in Chester & surrounding areas. Extremely professional and friendly drivers, always punctual, updates on arrival time via text message. Always nice, new, clean well kept vehicles - puts other local taxi companies to shame, I wouldn’t book with anyone else.
