Team KP at TQ law were extremely helpful and reliable throughout our whole house-buying process. Our purchase was slowed down due to the sellers solicitors (in no control of Team KP) but they continued to stay in contact with me regularly, chase for me constantly and make sure everything was done in a very timely manner! Previous experience of dealing with solicitors is reminiscent of wading through mud, hard work, not to mention very expensive. These guys are excellent. Outstanding!!... Second property I've sold in two years and again i used TQ in Leigh, but this time my house was sold within 5 weeks? a cash sale, last year I sold my property within10 weeks? again using TQ Leigh, my advice to anyone using TQ, is to let them get on with the job, don't be impatient ringing for updates, just look out for the emails and reply promptly, they have time lines they stick to and they do there job well... fabulous job TQ.. I wouldn't use any other solicitor.
TQ Law helped us with the sale our our buy-to-let property. It wasn't a particularly straightforward sale but they kept at it and informed us of progress really well. Communication is key in these situations and they kept up with our requests for updates and helped us to understand where we were in the process each time we asked. We are a long distance from them so everything was done by email apart from the very last documents which needed to be posted. This suited us well as it meant we could respond as quickly as possible without needing to rely on the post. Great experience!
