   Avoid this law firm by any means necessary. Horrible customer care, they have been dealing with my case almost 3 years and still not resolved. They referred us to their preferred medical examiner for the injuries 3 times and had to fill all those forms and signed not ones not twice but three times and yet again they called me saying that the doctor/firm were not qualified to examine us. After all these times I told them that why they sent us to those firms?? I did not choose those doctors/ firm you instructed us. Anyway they are useless don’t waste your time.

   Utterly unhelpful. Request to simply verify an identity for Land Registry form ID1, look at a passport ID to match the person on the form with the person stood in front of them and the reception said... I don't think we do that sorry. Injury claim specialist firm who will do id verification as part of their normal work every day. £200 + vat left on the table for 15 minutes work.

   Would give 0 if I could. No support and lawyer didn’t give the time of day outside of court dates for any questions. Could never get a hold of the lawyer or get a call back even in an emergent situation. Don’t use them

   Avoid Kaizen Law at all costs! They took on my car accident claim, then dropped me with no warning, leaving me with a £50k bill and no legal support. They initially accepted my case as a "rear-end shunt," but later blamed me based on a biased interpretation and No proper investigation—just a sudden U-turn. - Outrageous fees: They sprung £30k in "storage charges" and £20k in "credit repair" fees out of nowhere. No transparency, no prior warning. - No protection: They withdrew their "no win, no fee" agreement after my insurer settled the third-party claim, leaving me stranded. - Threats over help: Instead of guiding me, their letter coldly warned about deadlines and debts. Zero client care. This firm prioritizes profit over people. If you want a solicitor who’ll actually fight for you, look elsewhere. A disgrace to the legal profession. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING TO GUYS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE IN DEBT!

   Extremely Disappointing Service – Would Not Recommend I am very disappointed with the level of service I received from Kaizen Law Solicitors. I expected a professional approach, but instead experienced poor communication, with long gaps between responses, and when I did get a reply, it lacked the clarity and professionalism I would expect from a law firm. My case( being involved in a car accident non faulty one) handling legal advice, client understands were poor, and I felt like my case was not a priority for them. They left me in the middle of case taking themselves out the Court record that caused me significant inconvenience and stress. Despite raising my concerns, there was little to no effort to address them. Overall, my experience with Kaizen Law Solicitors has been frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable, attentive, and professional legal assistance.
