I found myself in abit of trouble after a motoring offence. Cains Law we're brilliant at putting my mind at ease and explaining the process and possible outcomes clearly. They were friendly and approachable, and gave me a lifeline when I was in an extremely stressed and panicked situation. Feroz was available on the phone and helped me more than I think he realises when I initially got in touch with Cains Law. I was passed onto Ilyas to prepare for court and get all of my documentation ready. He was friendly, professional and always quick to reply and update me. The phone call from Ilyas the evening before court to explain how the day would be structured and where to go and who to speak to was a really nice touch and helped my nerves and stress levels massively. I had never in my life been through anything like this as far as police, offence court etc. Cains Law put me at ease and were always available to support me throughout the whole process. The outcome on the day was better than any of us had imagined thanks to the extremely competent barrister India. I cannot thank her enough for all of her help, she was at court early so we had time to go through everything again together. She was an absolute superstar in the courtroom and managed to get an outcome that was beyond what I thought was possible. I cannot reccomend Cains Law enough! I have had an exceptional experience having Caines Law as my legal team. They have been thorough throughout the whole case. Communication has been brilliant as i have not been left long between replies and I have been updated promptly when needed to be. They gave me clear instructions and made the entire time pending the court hearing a time with ease. Happily would answer any questions I had. They sent me a few pdf guidelines to help, but they basically made me do all of the work myself in building my case. £1800 pounds later, I feel like I could have fought the case better in court myself. No contact from Feroz on the morning of my case even though I had asked him a question. I didn’t get a reply. The 3 stars are because the overall outcome of the case was decent.
