   I’d love to support a smaller, local company but sadly they really let us down. We booked two taxis and confirmed the price with the operator, but were charged £10 more than were quoted for the first taxi. Then, our pre-booked taxi home never arrived. We called the office only to be told they knew we were waiting but there were no drivers available. What was the point in pre-booking? Useless, left us high and dry. Won’t be using again and can’t recommend.

   Terrible service yesterday morning, made me over an hour late for work. I had booked a taxi the night before at 8pm for 5.05am Sunday morning, at 5.10 there was still no sign of the taxi and nothing on the app to say it was coming. I phoned up and was told there was a car dropping near me soon then it would come to me. No sorry though. Waited for another 20 minutes and rung again to be told no cars were near and it was at least a half hour wait from then. No sorry again. I ended up walking to work for an hour instead as I wasn't paying £10 when they had already made me late and messed me around. If they know they are too busy to complete a job, then don't agree to it! If they had sent a message saying it was going to be late or actually told the truth when I phoned them, I could have made the decision to walk much earlier. Terrible customer service and they think they can treat people with absolutely no manners or respect.

   Awful. Do not use if you need to be somewhere on time. Twice I have missed my train because they can’t turn up on time.

   Worst taxi service ever only used them twice both times they were half an hour late and none of thier drivers seem to be able to speak English or know ware any ware is in tameside. Thier a joke do not use them

   For 10 years I have been using these guys never let me down ! Always answer if you ask how much with honest answer . Always on time taking me wife to work ! Always fantastic when I goto airport ! Top company but could do with a lick of paint & change of interior! As office looks a bit tired ! Aka Italian wolverine as some of the drivers have seen my Facebook page x

   I've used Swift for several years, and have no complaints at all. Recently I've become disabled and rely on them more than I used to and will continue to trust them. Just got delivered home and driver happily helped carry my shopping to the door. No other driver, from any company, has offered this kind of help. Small things like that make a big difference.
