   Tonight I witnessed the person who takes the calls for taxis be extremely rude to an elderly women and her son . I was stood in the garden of the White House pub and heard everything . They were not abusive in fact the call lady was extremely loud and very judgemental.she refused them a taxi so myself and my partner actually went over and paid for an uber to make sure they got home safe . Surely we all have a duty when working g in the public sector to have compassion if an elderly lady has a drink or too to make sure they are hope safe especially when she was not being rude to the general public . The lady working tonight at cavalier wants to be ashamed of herself using bulling tactics and i was actually gobsmacked to witness the way she treated them . That’s why I felt the need to right a review which I never normally do if someone is a bit rude but this was disgusting behaviour

   Order a taxi last night. Was a front seat passenger and whilst on route to A&E the taxi driver had a call on his mobile which he fiddled around with to answer as it was in his console. He told me after his call had ended that it was his family checking to see where he was. How dangerous and wrong on so many levels certainly didn't feel safe or that he was in control of the car especially as a taxi service is supposed to be a safe way of transport.

   Pretty awful. Only gave 2 stars because they did arrive eventually. Tried the app to get a driver to cover for a day that I couldn’t be there to take family for an appointment and bring them home. Booking in the app really easy but then you have to watch a car on the app going the wrong way and turning up late-frustrating. Driver couldn’t find a street which is clearly on any sat nav/google maps. Late going and late coming back. Taxi out mysteriously cancelled despite still being needed meaning j had to call the office and the operator reordered the taxi for me. Prices quoted not honoured and paid more than quoted each way. Wont be using them again, used to be the best taxi company in Stalybridge.

   Never use them. Booked a taxi and the driver took someone else despite us having a new born baby. I hate local companies doing badly but they really need to sort their customer pickup out. Will not use them again.

   Not impressed at all with this journey. Taxi wasn't outside when I was notified it was...around 1.20am..I told the operator I was alone, however after going outside...no taxi. It took around another 10 mins to arrive from a company that's around 5-6mins walk from my work. No card machine which I asked for...driver missed EVERY SINGLE turning I asked him to take. Ended up going from Stalybridge to Ashton then mossley and finally he drove past the turning to my street and tried blaming me.

   Once upon a time it was a great taxi company servicing ashton/stalybridge. Sadly it just can't compete with the likes of Uber anymore. They're slow and times quoted are never accurate, so don't book if you need to get anywhere in a hurry. Worthwhile to use if you want a fixed fair to the airport however.

   We tried to book a taxi for my Swedish mother in law. Having told me not to phone before she has her luggage (different information across three calls), they then said they can't take a foreign contact number (at an airport!) or meet her in the terminal, so therefore couldn't collect her. When I asked where they meet people, he said he hadn't a clue! Left us high and dry on Christmas Day and we had to pay double to find a car there. Never again.
