   We have always used HAT ltd for airport runs etc for years Tonight they let us down big time! We asked for a one way trip from the co op live and was told we couldn’t do that we would have to book a return trip due to how busy it is. We told them we didn’t know what time the concert ended but would be around 11pm they said to arrange a meeting point which we did. We tried to ring the driver but the call wasn’t going through. We rang the office and was told that they couldn’t send a driver and we were left stranded not knowing how to get home and the person we spoke with didn’t seem to care. It’s really frustrating and distressing we are now stuck

   Booked this company to take us to and from a funeral, we needed wheelchair accessible transport. Excellent service and drivers were more than helpful, in particular Andy. Thankyou. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again but we live in Droylsden.

   Absolutely brilliant service. Nothing too much trouble, friendly and reliable. Took mum and I to a wedding ceremony and patiently waited for our return journey - so chilled and no pressure which enabled photos etc! Thank you so much - definitely our ‘go to’ from now on!

   Have used this company for accessibility transport locally, even for our own wedding Having used them for airport transport would absolutely NOT recommend First taxi turned up 15 mins late for transport to Manchester Airport Taxi home we were given various reasons as to why a taxi hadn’t been dispatched and told a 20 min wait…….. Left waiting at Manchester Airport for over an 1 hours after our first call with a disabled wheelchair user Also apparently don’t trust the app it’s not right? And we confirmed both journeys twice before we went away as it was our first time using taxis for the airport and this was our experience The drivers are nice enough but the organisation is appalling There must be better and more reliable transport for wheelchairs users than this…….. back to the drawing board for us and avoid

   Absolutely awesome!! The staff, the drivers have been brilliant. We used Hyde for transportation throughout the day for our wedding due to one of our party being a not to confident wheelchair user, nothing was too much trouble for the drivers. Truly took any pressure away from the day. Thank you so much for all your help and will be using you in the future!

   Picked up this morning 22/12/22 for the airport. Driver arrived early, had a text to say he was on his way. Another text when he arrived with name & reg no. of vehicle. Our driver Ian was most helpful with cases and very pleasant. EXCELLENT company. Will definitely recommend and use again. 5star.
