   I pre booked a taxi to pick me up at 1.30 (booked hours in advance). At 1.35 I rang and was told it was 3 minutes away. At 1.45 they called me back and said there was no taxi available and the booking was cancelled! Absolutely appalling service.

   Drivers don't turn up for bookings. If they do they try taking you in a scenic route to boost their fare. Sham company

   Absolutely awful...was told 5-10 minutes, waited an hour, the driver Tariq then proceeded to drive whilst using his phone and getting his credit card up on screen despite being asked not to. This went on for 5 minutes with him saying hands free!! Hee then dropped us off and proceeded to urinate in the hotel car park. At that point we were told he could not accept credit card. Shocking experience.

   Used my phone in dukinfield to order taxi home and got to my destination got inside my house and no phone and the taxi hasn’t found my phone but it’s the last place I had it and I phoned and no phones handed in and I’m still active on Facebook after being offline tbh I think liars or thieves one of them

   I rang this morning 9am to book a taxi for 4.15pm over 7 hours notice still not arrived So I called the taxi company up and he said will be about half hour I was really angry and said why so long he replied no driver in your area so I said that’s a pathetic excuse you have had all day to make sure someone is available in my area and you still haven’t sorted it just went quiet and said no driver in the area sorry so now I have to make other arrangements and am going to be late for my own 30th party!!!

   Booked a taxi at 14:25 for a train at 14:43, they didn't dispatch a taxi 14:32 and had to cancel at 14:40 as still wasn't here. Unreliable, no wonder everyone uses Uber now.

   Pre-ordered a taxi for 13:15 to take my Mum to her Aunty’s funeral being held locally at 13:45, so plenty of time to arrive in. Despite waiting the taxi never showed up. Rang the operator at 13:20 to be told that they would chase the taxi up. At 13:40 got a message to say the taxi was 4 minutes away. At 13:46 got a message saying it was 3 minutes away, yet still no sign of it! Ended up cancelling the taxi at 13:57 as it was a no show and now my Mum has missed her Aunty’s funeral. Appalling time keeping!

   Rang today to see why the taxi was taking so long, The operator said most off our drivers are doing there midday prays and that I should have respect. I never disrespected in the first place! Most off the drivers a very nice actually. Too bad the same can't be said for the staff on the phone.
