Had no problem with the actual journey aside from how expensive it was . £30 to get from Glossop to Marpke at 6pm in evening . Cost £16 to get back using another company , so won’t use again for this reason
Booked taxi on Wednesday for 2.45 a.m tansfer to mcr airport on following Saturday however it didn't turn up. I called their number but booking hadn't been logged fortunately very helpful driver from goldline was able to take us
Great service, they even rung me to say they had got a taxi sooner than the time of the one I booked, never had a taxi company do that. That's good customer service
Amazing! Such friendly people and always on time. They're the only Glossop service that functions well and doesn't leave you in the cold. There is always a taxi and a friendly face too. Could not rate even more highly. I wish I could give you 10 stars.
charged £54 for a trip that is usually £22 , no traffic on the motorway was not great , when rang to complain the company was rude

Booked a taxi from Glossop to Manchester Airport due to the railway strike. Apart from payment error on their website, everything was seamless and communication with them was very smooth. The driver even turned up earlier than the given time. Thank you for being so reliable!
Turned up at the correct times and even waited at no extra charge for someone late for the ride with us. Came out straight away to pick us up at the end of each section of the walk we were doing when rung.
We had a minibus for the airport run from Hadfield and again on the way home. We were travelling with 2 young children and needed our child seat for the youngest. Both drivers were excellent; friendly, helpful, patient and professional making both journeys stress free. Would definitely recommend them. Thanks GTS for great service.
