I won’t blame the driver but they are not dispatched in right time. I have experienced twice. Didn’t expect from Intime service.
I had a great experience with Junaid as the driver. He was punctual, professional, and very polite throughout the journey. The car was clean and comfortable, and Junaid drove smoothly and safely, which made the trip stress-free. He was friendly without being intrusive and clearly takes pride in providing excellent service. I would highly recommend Junaid to anyone using this taxi company and would be very happy to ride with him again. Excellent service all around!
The driver was on time and got me to my GP's appointment on time. His driving was perfect and he was easy to talk to. It was a pleasurable journey. Well-done for good customer service.
Called for a taxi, the operator said it could be up to a 40 minute wait. I explained that the taxi was for my elderly parents that had a doctor's appointment. She said she would do her best to get them there on time. Less than 5 minutes later I received a text to say a taxi had been dispatched and was on its way. Within 2 minutes from receiving the text they were in the taxi and on their way. Thank you for your excellent service and making sure my parents got there and back safely.
The taxi driver was very nice, also I would like to say that Intime is much better now since improving the way they work. By providing the name of the driver and their car details, it is much easier to know how to identify the person and car when picking me up. Thank you so much!
Absolutely disgraceful!!!! The NHS need to review their contract with this company. My child is an oncology patient. Having being discharged from what had been a distressing emergency hospital stay, a taxi was booked for us by the Manchester Children’s Hospital to return home. We were leaving the hospital ward when I received the first phonecall from the driver who asked where I was, 1 minute before his due time. I said I was walking through the hospital to the main entrance with my child and our bags. The driver phoned me 3 minutes later, asking where I was, I told him that I was walking through the hospital, he then started shouting at me, saying he wasn’t waiting for me, he was in a drop off zone, outside the hospital. I tried to explain my situation to him but he just carried on shouting abuse at me. I put the phone down on him, and had to go back to the ward for another taxi to be booked with a different firm. I was in quite a vulnerable state at this moment in time, and this driver just about broke me to the point where I was shaking and crying. I really hope he sleeps well at night. This company should not be contracted to provide taxis for the nhs if they choose to employ aggressive drivers with no empathy and understanding of the clientele they are providing a service for.
They are called in time, but are they in time no they are late. Operator told me 15 minutes then after half an hour when I called back told me he said 20 minutes with attitude but either way that was still 10 minutes ago so intime taxis are not on time. useless company fat operator still had a scotch egg in his mouth
Used this cab firm from railway station to Manchester Royal Infirmary twice today - booking was easy via their website, text messages to say when taxi was on its way, what the car would be when it arrived. Drivers were incredibly polite, arrived on time, immaculately clean cars and very appropriate fares. Would definitely use them again and happy to recommend them to others
This company is quick and efficient but the only complaint is how the cars smell sometimes. The smell of smoke makes the journey quite suffocating. Also the person who answers the phone keeps hanging up on my dad. He has a stutter and they either laugh or hang up.
