   Over and above service! My elderly mother left her purse (with a lot of cash for Christmas) inside and it was wedged between the seats. Not only did the owner of the company track it down, the driver found it and returned and delivered it back to her immediately, and he absolutely refused a tip too - just a cheery merry christmas and a very warm greeting for her. She was so worried when she lost it, losing the cash and all of her cards/ID etc. Freddie the owner was absolutely amazing and so kind, and thinks very highly of his drivers and rightly so. Friendly, kind, over and above and thoughtful. It made us smile so much, they didnt have to make that much of an effort but they showed us there are still some amazing people out there who will go out of their way to help and make you smile too. Ill never use uber again, call a cab all the way.

   Booked a cab in advance to pick me up at 9.45pm on a busy Saturday in town. At 9.15 i realised things were running late so I called to delay the pickup by half an hour. I expected this to be a problem on such a busy night but Call a Car said it would be fine. At 10.15 precisely a cab arrived at the restaurant as promised. I was impressed!

   Today (7 August) just after 7:50 am near Wilmslow Road, a cab was at the wrong side of the road trying to turn right, even though the road is a two-way street and has a compulsory left turn. The cab only went back to the correct side of the road when I started holding up my phone and taking pictures.

   Pre-booked a black cab 6 hours beforehand. Arrived 20 minutes late. Phoned operator who advised they cannot pre-book black cabs.....very strange as more than happy to pre-book it earlier in the day. Driver shrugged his shoulders. If you need to guarantee a pick up time then look elsewhere.

   driver wasn't friendly at all , I was quoted £6.20 and when I got my bill through email it was £7.30 , I was charged 80p for waiting which never happened and also a 30p service charge , which I think is shocking because I would have paid cash and ordered over the phone not the app if id known

   Horrible company. . Booked a bus to the airport for my son and friends. Told them th time pick up and desalination and was quoted £38-£40 . When driver no 10 (Mohamed) dropped them he demanded £70 . Disgusting. Definitely won’t use again

   Absolute shocking service!! Left us stood outside the airport for a hour at 1am kept phoning to be told the driver is 11 minutes away!!! And he was on the motorway!! After a hour and 16 minutes the taxi arrived and said he had only been given the job 20 Mins prior!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE CALL A CAR!
