   I ordered the taxi at 2pm for 3:15pm from the address I waited patiently until 3:20pm called to update and no answer so I waited again a further 10 minutes (15 minutes late now) I call back to he told he has been sat waiting outside for 15 minutes!! This is disgusting I'm not Psychic taxi drivers have always knocked on to say they are here or called. Disgusting service and most of th drivers are arrogant

   AVIOD! Ordered a taxi and was told it would be 20 minutes. After 30 minutes we were told that the taxi was five minutes away. After the taxi failed to arrive, we tried numerous times to call Padtax, but they ignored our calls so we ended up walking home. Called them about 30 minutes later using a different mobile number to complain. The lady at Padtax said ‘f*** off its not my fault’ and put the phone down on us. Will never use this taxi service again. Appalling service – do not use.

   Ordered a wheelchair accessible taxi on Friday 24th February 11pm. Arrived on time and was the perfect gentleman with 2 elderly friends, one in a wheelchair and one who is blind. Drove them to Northwich and not only helped them out of the taxi but into their home too. He went above and beyond, first rate service, highly recommend.

   A few local taxi companies tonight told me they couldn’t pick up from Glossop as no availability - padtax came quick and we’re very nice to my family on multi drop offs - happy to pay £50 for the 4 people safely taken to 2 different addresses 6 miles then 10 miles away - thank you and happy new year to all - for helping us celebrate Christmas a day late due to work and getting our families home safe :)

   I used Padtax this morning to get to Tameside Hospital with my son. Rang at 6:25am, answered straight away and the taxi was at my house within minutes. Mike picked us up, he was very friendly and easy going, perfect driver. A stress free journey overall, would recommend and use again. :) thank you!
