Second time to use. We are pleased with their excellent service and good communication. Mr M. Tanweer is a very professional and polite chauffeur. Due to today bad weather with heavy snow, he took the initiative to arrive earlier 5:30am (booking time 6:15am) for the drive from York to Manchester Airport. Although we were unable to catch the flight at the end because of the serious traffic jam, Mr Tanweer was very pleasant and patient throughout the 4.5 hours journey. We would like to take the opportunity to thank you for his fantastic service.
I have to admit I was a bit worried paying in advance for a pick up when we were still on holiday, but having checked how long it would take to get home using public transport, decided to take a punt. There was absolutely no need for me to worry, payment was confirmed instantly as was the booking and an invoice followed shortly after. Although I put a pick up time of 8, they monitor the flight arrival time and as soon as we landed (early) and were out of the plane, I got a confirmation call from our driver, Zameer, who was in waiting in arrivals for us as soon as we collected the case. It was the shortest walk to the car and then we had a smooth,safe and comfortable journey home. It was such a lovely calm way to end our holiday! Highly recommend, absolutely couldn't fault the whole experience.
Excellent communication from time of booking to pickup. Meet and greet at airport was a nice touch and removed any issues with trying to locate the taxi outside of the terminal building. Vehicle was spotlessly clean inside suggesting that this company takes pride in the service they offer. Journey was very comfortable and driving standard was high. Overall an excellent service at a fair price.
A brilliant service. First time I have ever used something like this before. I booked for around an hour after I had landed. We landed much earlier than expected so I was prepared to get a coffee and wait for the time I’d requested. There was no need because the driver had been watching my flight and was there waiting for me which was great after 30+ hours of travelling. Communication was great. My driver was Irfan Hamid. He drove from Manchester to South Shields, then back to Manchester terminal 1. He was efficient, reliable, friendly and very helpful. I was happy with the overall experience and would use this company again and also recommend it to others.
Brilliant service both going and coming home. Really top service and on time. Flight was delayed coming home and one of their drivers Mawiya couldn't do more for us . Kept in contact with him, he waited 4 hours for us at Manchester airport and was very flexible to be available to take us home. Can't fault his service , waited for us in the early hours then back to work, great service. Will definitely use again. Thanks.
