   Booked a taxi for my sister and i have put down pay in taxi . The driver started to get angry and threatened her tha he knows where she lives and that he will do somenthing to her and my sister was with her small baby as well in the car. This is the driver and his vehicle.

   Attempted to get a taxi from the office in Shaw and Crompton(Motown) on 03/11/25 at 0030 hours. Stood for roughly 25 to 30 minutes. Two gentlem turned up ordering another taxi. I overheard the dispatcher mention that couldn't get a taxi to there location. Annoyed by this, recontact the dispatcher and voiced my displeasure at their poor service of leaving me waiting for roughly 30 minutes in the rain, without letting us know or attempting to contact myself that a taxi wasn't available in the first place.

   Booked taxi to pick up.in Oldham on Lord Street to Chadderton on 12/09 (pm). After initial misunderstanding the driver brought us home and was really helpful when we arrived. I have mobility issues and he helped me to my front door which was very much appreciated. Thank you.

   Can you give a 0 star. They discriminate against disabled people. Almost left my blind mum stranded in a quiet area at 11pm it's only because a lovely woman threatened to report him that he took her, she's crying on the phone to me, I ring this taxi company up and they try and blame my mum for shouting at the taxi driver when she was in the car, do you wonder she was upset, angry and scared at the thought of being stranded on a quiet road.

   Absolute joke. I've used village/zcars for years never had an issue. I phone them today for them to tell me I'm blacklisted? Said I've not paid a taxi yet I've always always paid as I get to my destination. However the guy goes on to say its from November, this was when I phoned my partner a taxi and the driver refused to take him unless he paid upfront, he didn't have the cash on him as I was to pay when he got to me. So this will be the time I so called didn't pay. Absolute jokers

   Been using this taxi firm since i moved to Oldham every week guaranteed several times a week even several times in a day. This firm has changed drastically from drivers to service to bookings asking for money up front for a job not complete wish i could get paid up front before i finish a job. Drivers aren't polite anymore even unprofessional. So from now on i will use another taxi service spent 100's even 1000's in fares with z cars. Not anymore.
