We prebooked a WAV (wheelchair accessible vehicle) taxi to get to a hospital appointment. We paid the night before but the taxi didn't arrive. When we called they had no record of the booking, so we sent the receipt, proving they had already charged us. They arranged a taxi to come, but it was 40 minutes late. After our appointment we again waited outside the hospital entrance for our booked taxi, but it didn't come. On the app we could see it was 5 minutes away, then cancelled, then another 14 minutes away then cancelled, then finally after half an hour they refunded our money with no further explanation! We had to get the bus in the pouring rain, pushing a very heavy wheelchair, with no proper rain clothes on as we were planning to get a taxi! It was windy and cold and the person in the wheelchair who hasn't been outdoors since summer got a terrible cold! This is totally unacceptable. If you do not want to transport people in wheelchairs, SAY SO! Don't leave them waiting in the cold and rain with the hope that one will come. DO NOT ADVERTISE WAV TAXIS IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE.

Excellent service. Easy to book and pay and arrived earlier than stated. Driver was very kind and considerate with Mum who was in a wheelchair, made sure she was safely in and very patient.

Got one of these cabs from Piccadilly station Thursday night. Accidentally left my rucksack in the cab with some personal belongings and they claim the driver has not handed this in. They have cameras and trackers in cabs so they can easily check but wonβt. The driver made me pay on a handheld card machine, the name that came up on my bank statement was Zagham Mukhtar. The driver also got out the cab at my house and started asking me some personal information, which was very strange to do, especially at 1:30am on a dark street. I have reported to the police.

I was charged 5 times the cost of my regular taxi service or Uber, with them attempting to charge me Β£20 for a 6 minute journey before quickly changing it to Β£15. Normally Iβd be charged around Β£3 for the journey. Their justification for the price was because of the cost/travel of the driver getting to me, which is outrageous and something I was not alerted to when making the booking over the phone. Had I not been in a rush I would have gotten out. Will not be using their service again and Iβd urge anyone to avoid.

7 minute drive from airport to collect my car literally round the corner absolutely disgusting charge of Β£25. What a way to treat customers. Rip off!

Ordered a taxi to the airport through these people three days before my flight. They took the payment, went silent, then sent it me back saying that unfortunately they were fully booked - two hours after my flight had left the ground! Lucky I was able to sort out alternative transportation. Absolute clown business as far as I'm concerned, I'd sort your website out so you can tell customers you're fully booked the moment they enquire.

Ordered a taxi for my wheelchair bound, disabled relative an hour in advance. Payment was taken at time of ordering. 5 mins before pick up they cancelled and then said it could take up to 7 days for a refund. Left us marooned away from nursing home. MTS don't care. They should be held accountable for shocking service. Your reply is a different excuse than your cancellation email. You had the addresses at booking. You stated :- Unfortunately we have had to cancel your booking due to a shortage of cars and drivers at that time. Stop lying.
