   Will not call again. Last week I called to enquire and the chap on the phone was very friendly. This time I called to make a booking and the woman was rude and kept interrupting me. She quoted higher than the chap for the first journey (all the same details) and I wanted to know if the cost had risen for the return journey but she kept asking am I booking the first journey which I wasnt yet as I needed to know the return price. I wasnt happy with her attitude and just told her to forget it as I will be booking with another company. Why should I make a booking if her customer service is appalling? Because of her, the company has lost our business which is a return minibus journey to the airport.

   I don't usually get a taxi, but didn't feel confident to drive at such a late hour. I was in an emergency situation. Prompt service, friendly driver and felt safe on my journey. Thank you.

   Rang a taxi she told me five to ten minutes never booked it, shouted me when I rang back asking why dint u book it because have been waiting 40mins she told me shut and put the phone down

   I got one of their taxis from Newton Heath to Blackley. All the driver did was play African music and sing along to it at a loud level. At my destination I was charged over £13.00. Normal price for a taxi was £10.40!

   Will not use again. since changing from z cars which was a very reliable service it has become the opposite even when pre booked and the attitude when you call to chase your taxi is a joke. Unfriendly, unreliable and not to be used again.

   Ordered a taxi and it didn't arrive after ten minutes so I rang back and to ask where the taxi was I was told he was around the corner and that he would be there in 2 mins. I then received a phone call from the taxi man himself and I couldn't understand a word he said he repeatedly told me he was on Yorkshire street and I repeatedly told him your on the wrong road. He eventually showed up but didn't knock any of the price down for the inconvience. I won't be using them again

   This is the worst firm I have ever experienced. My auntie was quoted a certain price for my journey the motorway was closed at the junction to my destination and when I arrived home the meter was reading £50.80 the driver locked the doors making a young female feel vulnerable at 2.30am demanding the money from me . After being quoted a price for my journey to be then made to feel scared I do not agree that i should be charged due to motorway work being carried out is it the customers fault ?? Discussing attitude from driver and the lady on the switch This firm was recommended and certainly will not be using them again Both driver and switch lady should be ashamed DISCUSTING.....
