   Absolutely awful, booked a return taxi between Stockport and Dukinfield. Needed to change the time on the return journey, however, was advised it had been ‘outsourced’ to a different firm & there was no way they could contact them to change the time, I would have to do this despite facing no way to know the alternative firms number? No help at all & quite rude & obnoxious on the phone, will never use again

   Called taxi from royal oak hazelgrove the text message received was picking up from torkington rd. I had to ring them back and they said ignore the message What sort of Service is that!!! The driver was more interested in talking to "his brother" on hands free rather than where he was going. NEVER USING THESE AGAIN. OH also Lynx cab came not taxi team????!!!

   Ordered a taxi to and from the airport for 7 people. The journey there was good but no-one turned up for our return journey back home booked for 2 in the morning. We were stranded at the airport and had to pay for 2 taxis instead of the one larger one which we had ordered. I rang the company and they had no record of the booking!!!! I rang again and spoke to the same nice lady who took the original booking. She apologised and said someone would ring me back to discuss. I chased this twice but no-one ever did return my call. Very disappointed.

   Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I would give zero stars if I could! Worst service ever! Waited an extra 1hour 10 mins for a taxi that we had pre booked for a specific time! When it came, it was far too small, there was 5 of us and cases including a person in a wheelchair! Seats were beyond repair and therefore awful! And to top it off for the terrible service they charged an extra £9! Pathetic!

   Appalling customer service. Waited for well over an hour at the airport (when told the driver would be there in 20 mins). TBF, the driver did phone a couple of times, saying he didn't know how to get to us! He finally ARRIVED to tell us he'd been 'taken off the job'; they were sending another driver and DROVE OFF! The next car was supposed to be at the end of the queue of cars. Not so. Phoned the office - automated answer - the driver's 8 mins away (two calls, 10 mins apart - same answer). According to the online tracker, he was 15 mins away, after the second call. Spoke to the office to put in a complaint. Still waiting for the ''manager's" call back. They might be a bit cheaper, but you pay for it in the end. What should have been a 20 min journey home took the best part of 2 hours! Avoid this ''outfit". We will be going forwards.

   Fantastic service, so helpful... When my airport bus didn't come and they didn't have a cab available to get me to my flight these lovely people booked me a cab with another company - I'll use them in future to try to repay their kindness :)
