Used them for years now always found them to be prompt and reliable also all drivers friendly you can have a good banter with them also friendly and helpful. Always polite and professional. Also they let you know whos coming, when its on enroute also what car colour reg by text messages on progress of the taxi. All have clean cars. Great service from all, the best never had a problem thats why i have given you a 5 star keep up the good work.

Called a taxi from Sainsburys Oldham at 6.09 pm. Waited ages and much to our frustration, two people who called GMX after us got their cabs whilst we were still waiting. After waiting about half an hour in the cold, I phoned the office to see what was happening. The gentleman on the phone was nice and very apologetic. He said he'd get a taxi to us straight away. We waited nearly 15 minutes more before eventually giving up and going for a tram. I tried to contact GMX four times to cancel the taxi but we kept getting a BT voice message so I gave up. Just as we got on the tram, I got a phone call to say the taxi was outside. I tried to explain to the driver what had hsppened but he was rude and just put the phone down on me! I have used GMX on a few occasions and they've always been good, hence the reason I'm actually giving them two stars on this occasion instead of the zero that would reflect this experience ( I am a vulnerable adult with major health issues and can't be left waiting in cold, rainy weather for this length of time). However, owing to the fact I have received good service from them more often than bad, I will give them the benefit of the doubt and try them again in future before deciding not to use them.. Earlier in the day, we'd used GMX and got a lovely driver who didnt take long to arrive.

I have never used this company before, but as I was doing my shopping at Morrisons, I Googled for the closed taxi company. The driver was really friendly and helpful... he even carried my bags to my front door. I would definitely use them again.

Prompt and efficient with a text to advise on car make/model/reg doing the pick up, then text/phone call on arrival. Never had any issues and staff are helpful when you phone. Advance bookings have always been honoured with on time collection. Would recommend βΊοΈ.

Dear GMX taxi, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received today. I had pre-booked a taxi with your company, trusting that the booking would be honoured and that the service would run smoothly. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Not only was my original booking cancelled without sufficient notice, but the replacement taxi you arranged arrived 45 minutes late. This caused me significant inconvenience and disrupted my plans. When a customer pre-books a taxi, it is with the expectation of reliability and punctuality. The service I experienced today fell far short of that. I would like to request an explanation for why my booking was mishandled, as well as what steps your company will take to prevent this from happening again. I also believe some form of compensation is appropriate given the delay and the inconvenience caused. I look forward to your response.

Absolutely disgusting firm. Drivers speed and nearly hit cars then when reported the so called phone operator runs their mouths. Very lucky I am not in front of them or their teeth would be down their throats. DO NOT USE. VERY VERY ABUSIVE DROVERS AND CALL HANDLERS.

Receptionist was polite and taxi arrived quickly but unfortunately the driver of silver skoda wf14 npr was I'ill mannered and was talking down to me making sly remarks Did not even open the boot for me to put my luggage in the boot. Negative from the moment I got in the taxi

You have to remember, how urgent you want a taxi, you have to give them at least 10 minutes to get to your destination because they might not be near your address, they can't put sirens on like police or ambulance do So always call your taxi on time and stop blaming, that they took time. Yes we might sometimes need a taxi urgently, so we have to have patience GMX cars are the best. I've always had the best service
