   Been ordering taxis through the app for months now, never has an issue up until tonight. Ordered a taxi, for some reason it changed to a mini bus even though I only ever order a taxi and wouldn’t have a clue how to order a minibus on the app. Then when I tell the taxi driver that I know how to order a taxi on the app due to doing so for months on end, I get belittled causing me to feel so small and uncomfortable I ended up getting out without receiving my change. Disgusted if I’m honest.

   Normally so reliable however my journey this evening has left me quite angry. Taxi booked for 19.10pm. Driver accepts job at 18.56pm then proceeds to arrive at 19.22 which is 12 mins past booking time. Driver then explained he wasn't ready for job when he accepted it. WHy!!

   First time used Royal and Crown taxis. Ordered a taxi to go to Manchester airport was running late, driver turned up within 5 minutes and got me to airport 10 minutes before my flight. 10/10 customer service and driver was very friendly.

   If your new to the area you’ll be put at the back of the list behind regulars even if your first in the cue. I was told ten mins first ,, 20 mins later called for an update was told he’s no idea when they are gonna come because regulars come first , then Told to ring sombody else , then 20 mins on (40 mins in total) still sent me a taxi even after I cancelled it. And when I’m saying I cancelled it saying it’s there now ! Dismissing their unprofessional demeanour . And just expecting me to still be ok spending my money with them. Glad I don’t live in the area tbf rude

   First time in Middleton, I was lost Uber was nowhere to be found until I found a gem of a company, explained my situation and sorted my out a taxi ASAP. The Uber I received smelt amazing forgot to ask what scent was around the Central mirror; driver got me around safely and efficiently. Taxi was overall clean, driver had manners, if I ever get lost again royals will be the first number I contact!!

   Amazing service as always. I’m a regular customer and the operators especially Saleem is a delight to speak to. Drivers have always been on time. I left my mobile in the car a couple of weeks ago and thankfully it was recovered in the taxi car and given back to me. Very trust worthy of them :)
