   Genuine review! I still use this taxi service until im able to drive, im writing this review because im really annoyed. I rely on this firm for their services but their drivers are so horrible. Not the greatest drivers. They all have no patience. Ive worked taxis before and esp if the circumstances require it, ive waited no longer than five minutes. These lot cant even wait 2 mins. I rely on these lot heavily for work and ive stressed/voiced my issues across to the phone staff but nothing changes. Its like we pay the money that pays the wages but they dont give two toss about how they get the money. When theyre services get better i will update this review.

   Absolutely disgusted at this company!! Ordered a taxi and informed them of a wheelchair user!! The driver (Rafiqur) was rude, wouldn’t allow someone with server mobility issues to get into the front of the car and refused to lift the wheelchair into the boot!! This left an elderly lady to have to do it! He made both ladies feel awful!! I’m absolutely appalled

   Terrible service. Called one hour before hand for taxi to come at a specific time and it came late that I almost missed my appointment. RUDE lady on the phone cut me off whilst I said my appointment started at 3. I will never use this service again and will tell everyone to avoid. The driver was nice and it wasn’t his fault though but this service should be more organised in getting people places ON TIME!!!!

   Left a disabled woman stranded in Oldham town Center because she wet her pants, sad to say I won’t be using this service ever again I even tip them every time. Disgusting behaviour

   Avoid this and their other monopoly companies including xpress cars,bluebird cars,delta cars,home&away cars,Cartax radio cars,rollers cars and few others they all same owner so every time you call one of your favourite company but send a car from their other company. Very very bad service. Drivers are rude and different prices every time for same journey. Avoid in all cost
