Absolutely terrible never use them. Quoted £50 to Manchester which is a £25 journey. When cancelled half an hour in advance still turned up and kicked off that we were using a different provider. Such a rude driver, I think the ratings say it all.
Couldnt give an estimate price and rude. Wont ever be using this service.
Impatient and clueless driver almost caused an accident, he then became offended and brake checked me after I sounded the horn. Enjoy the police report.
Taxi arrived in good time for outward and homeward journeys. Drivers were friendly and helpful.
Rang the night before for directions to pick up place, the driver turned up late, when he turned up he didn't wait for me, when I got into the taxi he was argumentative and said I didn't give him directions when I did! Instead of going through motorway (which was shorter and quicker to destination) he took a longer route almost causing me to be late, PLUS was talking and was on his phone whilst I was in the taxi, will not be going with them again!! Cost me £23 when quoted £15
I waited 40 minutes for a quoted 15 minute wait. Cancelled it and called pad tax taxi instead. He turns up, lies and pretends hes pad tax when I ask. Puts me on metre when I've been quoted by them an hour ago of 15-20 quid. I get a call telling me my pad tax taxi has arrived... I questioned him and he reluctantly admits he isnt pad tax but is gold line! 45 mins late when I cancelled! Smirking at me while finally admitting hes not pad tax. Absolute joke and very dodgy.
Poor. Car not big enough to fit family of four and our luggage in to get to airport. Was asked to sit with a baby seat on my knee from Glossop to airport for someone they were collecting after they dropped us off at Manchester airport. This was despite asking for suitable car. Return journey even worse. The driver phoned us as we arrived in passport control at 10.30pm. Asking if we would walk up to departures from terminal 2. He was clearly annoyed that we said we wanted picking up from terminal 2 as agreed at time of booking! Eventually we found taxi which again boot not big enough for all luggage. No middle seat belt evident. Driver reluctantly pulled back seat up to find lap belt only. Was really dismissive, stating most customers aren't bothered about seat belts!! well we are especially when it was fir my ten year old. Generally hideous journey to Glossop. Driver asked if my husband and i had had a row as I wasn't chatty!! He obviously didn't realise we were trying to ignore his irritating obnoxious self!!!
AVOID ALL COSTS. Switch board wrote the wrong address and my disabled mother missed a spa appointment we arranged as a treat. Instead of attempting to find my mother, they simply drove away leaving her. Manager was extremely rude when confronted with the issue and offered no apology. Have been late previously when we booked them for nights out.
