   Don’t respond to emails, phone calls even physical visits. They don’t care about their clients whatsoever; all they care about is money. What’s the point in having Omar as a case worker, if he doesn’t ever get back to you.You’d have more luck trying to contact the solicitors who are trying to put you in jail. Please save your time; money and sanity and go elsewhere.

   Absolutely shocking service from these cowboys. Had my wife and my step son needing representation for a court case, before the case they happily took the details so they can claim the legal aid. Once all of that is done, you would not hear a thing from them. THEY DIDN’t EVEN TURN UP FOR THE HEARING! No phone call, no apology, no nothing. Just left to deal with an unfamiliar situation with the fear not knowing what’s going to happen to my stepson. These guys obviously lack sympathy, gave no care or concern. As a client, you put full faith in your solicitor and when they go quiet and then don’t turn up to the court to represent your son, you feel alone, terrified and fear the worse. I would sincerely advise you to think twice before you consider using these, that feeling when they go quite and don’t turn up is absolutely horrible.

   I told a friend about Abbey based on my experience with them. He told me to look at the reviews, and I was surprised by many negative and nasty comments. My experience was professional and caring. The organisation that made the difference between life and death for me was Abbey. I was at my wit's end, being bullied by a local council over business rates. I had bailiffs at my door, a paper trail of terror, and I could see no end to it. I had used Abbey for conveyancing in the past, so I approached them over this Business Rates issue. In days they had solved my problems. A bill of over £40,000.00 from the council reduced to under £400.00 and time to pay. They transformed my situation, and there are not enough thank yous in the world to express my gratitude for what they did for me. If you have a problem with Abbey, contact them, they have a team that looks after client care, and they are regulated by the SRA, which assures you that any complaint will be looked into and reviewed fairly.
