Their contact form doesn't work, just states 'there's been an error sending your message', and to try again. Except this was 'trying again'. Wonder how many customers they've lost due to a faulty page?

Quite disappointed , spoke to a nice member of staff called John who was very understanding and took all my details and the details of my issue with making a claim , he arranged a call back twice with a solicitor but i didn't receive any call ?? A message back of why not would of been appreciated especially after taking all my details
They took a lot of my personal and private information regarding a medical negligence case I wish to pursue, which they turned down. It appears that they are not prepared to fight for their clients’ rights and will only take watertight cases that really do not need a solicitor to handle them. A company with low esteem in their own abilities. Now I need to get my Medical and private information totally expunged from their system and anyone else they passed my information to. Not only do I find them useless at their chosen profession, but they are now bombarding me with advertisements for third party private health-care.
The experience of contacting TMNE was easy. They phoned me back immediately although I wasn’t expecting them to do so at the weekend. The consultant was polite, knowledgeable and friendly . He took down all the necessary details to be passed on to a solicitor who would deal with the case. My only suggestion is that the legal jargon should be available on the site to be read as it is difficult to digest and understand when just read to me.
Sorted my claim and had me in touch with a solicitor in around 10-15mins. Quick, efficient and caring to my issue. The lady I spoke to on the phone had a great personality and made it a lot i easier for me to explain my issue. Will be recommending to anyone who will need this service in the future.
