   Sometimes its not about the service delivered... My parents booked ASAP Cars for an airport collection and the flight ended up being cancelled in quite dramatic fashion. The taxi at the end of the journey was not forefront in their mind. I rang the day after to apologise for the no show, and they'd seen *something* had gone horribly wrong and thankfully not turned up, but were absolutely lovely about it.

   5 star service everytime. We use ASAPP whenever we go to the airport. They are prompt, taxis are clean and spacious. They provide good quality children’s car seats for our little ones (nothing worse than a flimsy cheap one). What’s even better is that they track your return flight and are waiting for you in the arrivals hall, with your name held up. Honestly, they take so much of the stress away, that’s involved with traveling with young children, and I can’t recommend them enough, to anyone who will listen!

   This taxi company is brilliant! Always use them for the airport and they never fail. This week a big shout for Mohammad, a newish driver with Asapp, waited for us on our return. My husband requires a wheelchair and Manchester airport assistance is dire, no wheelchair or assistance, I had to go in search of a chair which I did finally get and then through passport control to the luggage. A wheelchair, two cases and a bag, not easy on your own but I made it and the lovely Mohammad was there and helped me back to the taxi and into our flat. He is an absolute star, I cannot praise this company enough. Thank you and well done Asapp again.

   We had a very positive experience with Asapp taxis. He went above and beyond and was very helpful. They even provided car seats for our two children. They were on time for both pick up and drop off to the airport from high lane and disley. We could not recommend higher and will only use them going forward!

   I have tried to keep faith with this company. Taxis very clean, drivers very polite. However I have had problems contacting them by telephone with sorry no one is here to take your call. Then we booked a taxi from Manchester airport to home 3 weeks in advance and as we landed we had a polite message by text and email to say our booking had been cancelled. I was fuming. Three weeks in advance and they said it was due to a shortage of drivers . Sorry, not shortage of drivers but just cherry picking and did the easy drop offs but not the more difficult pick ups . They are also more expensive at £32. We managed to get a Lynx taxi within 10mins at a cost of £25. Sorry Asap you are too much hard work and just cherry picking your jobs with no consideration for loyal long standing customers. Such a shame.

   Had a good experience with them transporting us from Marple to airport and back. Very efficient at informing the customer of progress via text so no worries about being forgotten. Airport pickup good also. Not good at answering phone but just use text or email, no problems. Will certainly use again.

   Booked an airport taxi at 6pm for 3am the next morning. On checking my email at 11pm the same evening I found the taxi to be cancelled. No notification on the app. If I hadn't checked my email then I wouldn't have known. I would NOT recommend this company for reliability. First and last experience.* booked in my gfs name
