    Absolutely shocking customer service from the woman taking bookings. Overcharged two pensioners for a local journey. Charged them £10 EACHWAY!! For a return trip to Morrisons. They were shouted at by the woman over the phone that the driver had no right to arrange a pick up time. Plus, the driver sped away without checking that they had seat belts on, causing the elderly passenger to slide across the seat. They're in their 80s. He didn't offer any assistance. This is not the first time we have had issues.

    Rang this company to get a quote for an airport taxi for 9 people (5 adults 4 children) next July. Promised they'd ring back but didn't. Rang 5 more times on different days and times, eventually getting through on the 6th attempt. Spoke to a woman who insisted it wasn't her I'd spoken to previously and took my holiday details again . She said she'd ring back with a quote after noting my phone number. Not heard a thing from them. Seems like they don't want the work or can't do it. I'd much rather people say they can't do it rather than have me waiting for a call that never comes. Waste of my time and effort.

    Numerous times I've called trying to book a taxi at short notice, only a couple of times have i been able to get one. They don't even answer the phone when my partner rings. Won't even bother trying anymore, much better service with other local firms
