   Charged me £12 to travel 1.1 miles (roughly 1 minute drive). I was leaving a wedding and driver complained that my hotel was "out of area" ... even though it was a whole 1.1 miles away from where I was picked up. Driver was polite but the scam of this was absurd. Clearly taking advantage of someone who doesn't know the area and was too unsure to argue.

   Polite service, turned up when he promised and called 5 mins out to confirm. Taxi wasn’t the freshest, stained seats etc. Price was eye watering. Same journey day before was £35 Uber and over £56 with this firm (all on the meter).

   We called AA Taxi service during a short stay at the Mere hotel and spa for a return ride into Knutsford. The taxi was on time on both occasions and the man behind AA taxis was absolutely lovely, he delivered a brilliant service, was really kind and professional and pointed out several places during the ride into Knutsford to help us get our bearings. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a taxi service in this area!
