I'll definitely be booking with them again. We had a return trip with one location in city centre and the other well off the beaten path. They showed up early for both pick ups and were accommodating all around including a slight time change.

We had 2 mini busses and 1 car. The drivers where friendly and professional. The cars and mini busses where really clean. They arrived ahead of time and all together and even let me change the return time on the day. Would highly recommend
Ordered a taxi today, to pick me up from the hospital, and take me home after my surgery. The total delay was 45 minutes, whether I had to call and chase them few times in between... Nobody bothered to call, even to inform me, that they'll be late... At the end, when the taxi finally arrived, I've asked for compensation and discount, for been waiting outside, dizzy after my procedure, for them to arrive with almost an hour delay... The driver said that "it's not gonna happen" and left... As ridiculous and irrespective as it sounds... won't recommend them even to an enemy... absolutely shocking
Driver called me when he set off. Got another call 30 mins later asking where the house was. Don’t know why he didn’t follow Satnav. Called him again ten mins later, still lost. Called again and said he was two miles away, ext time I called he said 4 miles away. Kept lying to us and almost made us miss our flight, had to call friends at the last minute. Can’t rely on them at all.
Unreliable, terrible service: avoid at all costs. We pre-booked an estate online as we had several large suitcases. We also booked the meet & great service for an additional £5. Both were confirm via email. We arrived at the airport but couldn't see the driver. Called him and he tried to direct us to his car outside - in an attempt to fraudulently pocket an extra fiver and save on parking costs. The car we were sent was a saloon rather than an estate, so of course our luggage didn't fit (despite the drivers best attempt to wedge everything in at the risk of damaging the cases & contents). His solution was to unload our luggage on the side of the street and drive off.
