    Booked a round trip to and from the airport. We were told to contact the office when we were in baggage claim which we did last night.(19.49) we were told the taxi was on its way. 20.30 still waiting rang back to be told its on the M56. Finally turned up 21.00 it took less time to fly from Dublin. Not the drivers fault nice guy got the bullet sorry. Dispatch totally at fault and no apology for that very poor customer service. Gave 1star as this is the lowest we could give. If 5star read this look at your booking and please comment. Your last experience is the one you remember mostly.

    I've been using limeline for last 2 or so months and to be honest I have had several shocking experiences with this company. Twice in that time my booking had been canceled by the dispatcher for no reason. They are usually very late when they do turn up. This morning I ordered my taxi at 2am to pick me up from work at 6am (4 hours notice should be plenty) also I was led to believe I had a standing booking every Saturday at 6am, one dispatcher said he had added it after I got messed around the last time. So after finishing at 6am I went outside to get my taxi, no taxi there, rang limeline to find out what was going on, apparently the taxi I had booked 4 hours in advance was in Altrincham, the other side ofanchester from where I was, bit the dispatcher assured me he would get the driver to put his foot down and be with me soon while I was to wait in the pissing rain and howling wind. I assured him that was going to happen and told him to cancel my booking. Rang swift cars of stalybridge instead, they had a taxi with me within 2minutes, much better service. As scathing a review as this might be, the company isnt all bad, some of the driver's I've had were lovely and at least one of the dispatchers was incredibly helpful, however this doesn't make up for the rest of them being completely useless. I uninstalled the app.

    Sent a text saying the taxi was booked. Heard nothing for a while so I rang up. Told me the driver had turned back due to an accident. Even though I told them to miss the main road due to this. Dispatch driver refused to believe there was any other way to get to me. When I asked why I wasn't told the driver wasn't coming he actually said "Because I don't have time to tell you." Well done, mate. Cracking customer service.

    Poor service. Booked a return mini bus to Manchester airport, mistakenly gave them the wrong address, realised a few hours later and rang to correct, in the morning a normal car turned up when I told them there was 5 of us, the mini bus went to the address I'd cancelled, finally got sorted, when we got to the airport the driver wasn't aware it was a return so gave him the flight details for the pick up. On our return the driver rang us and then said he would set off from Oldham for us, so we waited for nearly 40 min, when he got there there was no apology or anything. Will not be using this company again, shocking!
